Entity/Public Venue Stock Epinephrine

With the rise of allergies in the US, having stock epinephrine in public venues like theme parks, restaurants, sports arenas, college campuses and daycare centers is becoming a necessity.

Currently, 31 states have now passed what are called "entity laws" (as of March 1, 2018) legislation that permits venues to stock epinephrine auto-injectors, with the intent to reduce response time when a sudden anaphylactic reaction occurs. To learn more about your state's current law, please check below.

These state have PENDING Entity Stock Legislation: Hawaii, Pennsylvania, and Vermont.

These states do NOT have entity laws: Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Kansas, Louisana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Texas, Virginia and Wyoming.
